You can bid on ppl even if u dont have the cap space for them as long as ur below before the start of the season correct

Well he's waiver exempt so his salary doesnt count when he's in the minors. But ya, people are overspending a lot.

He's 27 so not exempt and salary counts in the minors, but you get 1M off so anyone making less than 1M wouldn't count.
