2019-20 Prospect Bidding

Players eligible to be bid on are those who just lost their entry draft eligibility after the 2019 entry draft. Those players are born in 1999 or 1998 born European players.

Update: I'll update the CBA with a more refined version after, but we agreed that we didn't intend on it being a first come first post to 50 and he's yours. Our solution is that once a bid of 50 has been placed, all teams can match the bid of 50 within 24 hours of the original 50 bid. The prospect will go to the highest team on the waiver order and then be place and the bottom of the list. We have set our waiver order equal to the pre-draft lottery rankings of the NHLs this past season. Moving forward this would be based off our standings. I will comment on the threads indicating everyone now has 24 hours to match if they wish to do so.
