f. A free agency bid standing as the highest bid for a 24 hour bid will be declared the winning bid. Bids cannot be rescinded.
I still feel like we should be able to rescind our offer with in 1 Min or something short like that. but if not whatever its alright.
Should have something in there to be able to correct accidental human error though.
