Note of all the tagged players posted today, if there is no bid on the player by 9:30pm EST on Thursday Aug 12 then bidding is closed on that player and the previous GM can give the player any contract they want to.

I'll penny pinch the fuck out of you guys. we discussed tier bid increase levels. under 1m is 50k bumps, over 1m, 100k bumps, etc. decided to keep it simple with just the 50k cumulative rule but we may have to make a change for the next round where 50k if same length or 50k cumulative on different lengths |

Anyone born after Oct 1, 1995 is reserved for prospect bidding or entry draft.
Exception is if they have played an NHL game.
